Yard have only had three juvenile runners (no winners) in the past five years and this one looks unlikely to make a winning debut given that record.

Showed a fair bit of promise on her debut having been on the back foot early and only beaten by one who looks a fair prospect in the end. May well be seen to better effect over a mile but a reproduction of her debut would see her go close.
Has quite an appealing pedigree but inexperience held her back on debut and it took a while before she got the hang of things. Ran on through beaten horses and could be capable of better.

There was certainly some promise in her debut run over 7f at Kempton on the AW in a race where there were plenty that needed the experience including her. Entitled to come on for that run with further looking to suit in time.

First foal out of a dam who is a half-sister to the smart Autocratic who won up to 1m2f. Yard have had 26 two-year-old winners this year but are 0/10 on the AW.

Price rose considerably from foal to yearling and there are some decent relations in the pedigree with the dam providing some stamina. Yard are 4/27 on the AW with juveniles and the market will be the best guide here.

Was the yards first juvenile runner of the season and didn't look ready at all but has looked a different proposition in two starts since returning from a break. Has taken up the runner-up slot twice recently and makes appeal here.
Half-sister to a useful juvenile in the 7f winner Majdool and although the yard has had winners in this sphere this season they are often better for the run.

Given a very easy introduction behind a better fancied stablemate (should have finished second but for rider taking it easy) at Kempton over 7f. Showed potential again (still green) on second start and now could be the time to catch her.

Forecasts

Scandaleuse (15/8), Ghanimah (10/3), West Palm Beach (5/1), Bubble And Squeak (6/1), Moon Song (10/1), Tajarrob (10/1), Edge Of The World (16/1), Noteworthy (20/1), Black Lace (50/1)

Verdict

A mix of those that have shown promise alongside four newcomers although most if not all of the latter group look as though they will be better for the run unless the market suggests otherwise. Bubble And Squeak is certainly one who could step forward here along with West Palm Beach both of whom have shown that they could be capable of better. Ghanimah is expected to come on for her debut but SCANDALEUSE gets the vote overall on the back of two recent efforts and given the experience she has now she looks to be the one that to break her maiden tag here.
  1. Scandaleuse
  2. Bubble And Squeak
  3. West Palm Beach
