Flickers of promise in earlier minor events, including over 7f, but has gone backwards since going handicapping, beating only a handful home at Newecastle (6f, good to soft) last time. First run in a seller.
Has yet to match the form he showed to finish third at Doncaster first time out but not beaten far in a series of better races than this, including over 6f at Chelmsford last time. Hard to rule out despite a poor draw.
Has taken time to get going but took a step in the right direction at Brighton (7f, good to firm) last time. Was still beaten 7L there, however, but a drop in grade and a change of headgear may see him in a better light.
Fetched £20,000 guineas as a yearling but the fact that she recently changed hands for a mere 800 guineas is hardly encouraging. Probably best watched on her debut.
Glimmers of promise in novice and maiden company but struggled when returning from a break over 5f at Nottingham on her handicap debut. Fair bit to prove after that effort and others more persuasive.
Placed on both AW starts so far, beating everything bar Vegas Boy when runner-up at Chelmsford over this trip last time out. Still looks a limited performer, however, and probably not the stable's best hope.
Looked unsuited by 6f on the twice she's been tried over it and subsequent efforts over 5f have been largely uninspiring also. Others look more likely on balance, though yard has recently returned to form.
Modest pedigree and failed to attract market support when hopelessly outpaced in a 5f maiden at Pontefract (soft) on her only start so far. Impossible to fancy on that evidence.
Unplaced in all seven starts but put in a fair effort when 4L fourth over 5f at Bath (soft) last time out. Little encouragement on previous AW start and likely to find a few too good.

Forecasts
Story Minister (15/8), Counterfeit (15/8), Gaelic Spirit (3/1), Kheleyf's Girl (5/1), Hope And Glory (11/2), Smugglers Top (7/1), Floss The Hoss (8/1), Duke Of Freedom (12/1), Red For Danger (16/1), Lady Lintera (18/1), Eesha Says (66/1), Leanda J (80/1)
An unconvincing bunch and Story Minster and Kheleyf's Girl would appear to hold strong claims despite having the worst of the draw. Any value, however, may lie with Tom Dascombe's other runner SMUGGLERS TOP who is bred to be significantly better than this level and who quickly reappears having done too much too soon in much hotter event at Newmarket earlier in the week.
