Useful dual-purpose performer gained first win on the level in three years at Chepstow before two last placed runs over hurdles. Questions to answer after those runs, particularly now 4lb higher.
Likeable and consistent veteran is only 1lb higher than the mark he won off at Pontefract in August and has the benefit of a 7lb claimer easing the burden of top weight. Bit more to find after last effort but always gives his all.
Not shown nearly the form of old since changing yards although marginally better effort latest when beaten 6¾L at Wolverhampton. 4lb lower today but doubts over whether she will stay this longer trip.
Inconsistent sort has been beaten out of sight in two of his last four runs but ran well in other two. Second of 10 at Chelmsford a good run latest and didn't look a non-stayer in lone 2m start so capable if on a going day.
First try in 29 starts up at this sort of trip. Won in May but well beaten in four starts since and big question marks over this distance.
Unsuccessful in ten previous AW runs and virtually tailed off last twice. Only four races this year and returns from another layoff here. Hard to recommend until he shows signs of a revival.
Ran a fair race at Ripon over 1m4f latest after a layoff, finishing second. Qualifies for first handicap here and promptly bumped up by 4f in trip. Trainer is excellent with stayers and sire seems to impart stamina to all progeny.
Had several lengthy absences from racing and recently returned from latest 12-month break. Saddle slipped first time back before well beaten 8th of 10 latest. Handicap mark falls again but how much ability remains is anyone's guess.
Well-handicapped if he still retains all of his ability but that is in doubt. Second two starts ago at Chepstow suggested a revival but well beaten on AW subsequently and hard to trust at present.
Dramatically stepped up in trip but none of his five winning siblings have stayed this far although sire gets a few stayers. Well beaten on handicap debut at Kempton latest and would have to improve significantly for extra distance.
Beaten 17L and 23L in two handicaps to date and remains a maiden after six races. Tries a longer distance here and sire gets his share of stayers but not seen enough to recommend her even if she finds this trip suitable.
Well beaten in six starts to date and looked of very moderate ability. Handicap is falling fast and she is up by 4f today but neither enough to recommend.
Beaten 30L plus in all five starts and races from 5lb out of the handicap here. Longer trip likely tried more in hope than expectation.

There are several three-year olds in this lineup and all of them are trying this longer distance for the first time. Most likely to relish it is Luca Cumani's STYLISH DANCER who has just had the three races to get a handicap mark and she ran well behind a hurdler who was potentially improved in a maiden last time. Cumani is excellent with stayers and this filly is a confident selection. At the other end of the age spectrum is Wordiness but he will go well unless almost all the three-year olds improve for the step up. Caracas isn't a guaranteed stayer but could go well if he does.
