Not disgraced when stepped up in trip at Sandown last time having won narrowly on debut at Windsor. Still has the penalty to defy but a first-time hood should help and his trainer is doing very well with two-year-olds this year.
Clearly disappointing on debut when beaten into sixth despite being sent off odds-on. Seems highly regarded by connections and a better performance can be expected here.
Two solid efforts over this trip in novice/maiden races so far. More probably needed her but every chance he could go close in what looks a weaker race.
Has finished mid-field in two starts so far and needs to improve here, but may not have liked the heavy ground at Salisbury last time out and the drop in trip also seems to be a positive.
Not disgraced on debut at Leicester last time out when running a fair race in fifth; needs to improve here but every chance he can come on for that debut.
Has run to a similar lowly level in his two starts so far, both over a furlong shorter at this track. Looks set for another minor role here.
Intello colt who cost 75,000gns as a two-year-old. Related to a winner at a low level but trainer is 1/20 with juveniles and he is best watched on debut.
Seemed to take a slight step back on Polytrack debut at Lingfield last time out having failed to impress at Chepstow on his first racecourse appearance. Seems to have little chance here.
Sepoy colt who cost €120,000 as a two-year-old (increased from yearling price tag). Represents top connections and though the draw isn't ideal the market should prove informative.
Not disgraced on debut when beaten 4L over a furlong further here. Looked a potential non-stayer that day so encouraging to see him tried over shorter here.
Out-ran his odds of 50/1 on debut at Newmarket last month, but was still beaten 8L and needs to find more in order to get off the mark here.
Finished last of ten on debut at York in July. Off since and up in trip now, but has too much to prove in a first-time hood, and other seem much likelier types.
Hinted at ability on debut over C&D last month when finishing fourth, but performed as if a step up in trip would be beneficial in time.

It may be worth taking a chance on AL MUSTASHAR. This son of Sharmadal was backed into odds-on for his debut at Thirk in August but clearly failed to run up to expectations despite not disgracing himself in sixth. He'll need to show more here but that support suggests he is much better than he let on that day and should be getting off the mark before long. The other Godolphin horse in the race Last Voyage found things tricky under a penalty last time out but could do better here, while Sir Michael Stoute's Comrade In Arms could well come on from his debut today.

- Last Voyage
- Comrade In Arms
