Improved for his debut when stepped up to this trip on heavy ground at Haydock last month, being beaten just ½L in a similar contest. That form sets the standard here and a repeat or better will make him tough to topple.
Took a while to get the hang of things on debut but came home well to claim third (beaten 8¼L) on good to soft at Newmarket (1m) last month. That was a good effort for a 25-1 shot and with natural improvement he should be a player this time.
Half brother to a UAE 6f dirt winner. Dam was placed at 7f/1m at two and is a half-sister to 7f juvenile Group 2 winner Almushahar, out of 6f-1m Group 1 (inc. Cheveley Park/1,000 Guineas.Sussex Stakes) winner Sayyedati. One to note in the market.
Ran well for a long way on debut at Doncaster (7f, good) in August, when looking as though this step up in trip would be a positive. Has been given some time before returning to the track and that may begin to pay dividends this time.
Half-brother to three winners from 6f-1m6f, inc. at two and in Listed company. Dam a 1m2f-1m4f winner (inc. Listed) and half-sister to 6f Group 3 winner Barney McGrew out of 1m2f AW winner. Probably capable of making a decent debut at this trip.
25,000 gns yearling. Seventh foal of a US 1m dirt winning half-sister to US 7f Grade 1 winner Centralinteligence and 7f juvenile stakes winner Nasa, out of a half-sister to US 1m1f Grade 1 winner Fantasticat. Probably one to watch on debut.
Was plenty green enough on his Haydock debut when 66-1 and beaten over 9L (1m, good to soft). Will need a lot of improvement to trouble the leading contenders and more likely that he will one for nurseries.
Did not make the anticipated improvement from his first run to second, though that was perhaps on account of the heavy ground here that day. Step up in trip should suit and back on less testing going he could do significantly better.
Half-sister to five winners, including Barshiba (1m-1m4f inc. dual Lancashire Oaks and dam of Arabian Queen), Dashing Star (1m at two/1m4f) and Doctor Dash (1m Listed at two). Dam a 1m1f/1m2f winner. Lovely pedigree and a very interesting newcomer.
€90,000 yearling. Closely related to 6f-1m two-year-old winner Montataire (inc. Listed); dam of 6f AW juvenile winner (stayed 1m2f). Should improve for this first run, but also likely to be able to make a creditable effort today.

An interesting opener and one in which BOLD REASON gets the vote. John Gosden's charge sets the standard on his most recent run and now back on a bit better ground, he can come home in front. Whitehall looks to have the potential to make more improvement than some of this field and could be a contender now also back on better ground, while Bombyx is another obvious potential player. Faadhel is one to note in the market along with the newcomers Escalator, Natural History and Dawn Dash, who has plenty going for her on pedigree.
