Beaten 20L plus in two bumpers at Killarney and Roscommon and well beaten in three points before that. Jockey booking gives a little hope but nothing in the form to recommend him.
Dual winning point-to-pointer has shown nothing in bumpers at Cork and Navan. Not the worst claims in this ordinary contest but likely find things happening a bit quickly for him here.
Five-year old son of Gamut ran really well on debut at Navan when collared late on by Sally Park. First three well clear there and the second ran well enough since. Leading contender.
Debutant by Getaway out of a mare unplaced in eight starts in bumpers and hurdles. Trainer not even had a placed horse in last five years so almighty leap of faith required.
Came back from a year off recently finishing third of eight in a Clonmel bumper before attaining a similar level of form at Tramore last time when 11½L sixth. Trainer hasn't had a winner from 25 runners this season.
Showed promise in a handful of runs for Sandra Hughes last year, most recently when third in a Galway bumper before finishing fourth on hurdles debut there. Trainer firmly on the cold list and not known for bumper winners.
Five-year old son of Westerner was last of eight on debut at Limerick back in March. Joined top yard since and has top jockey in this sphere up today so no surprise if he leaves that well behind.
Distant second behind a smart prospect at Listowel latest. Placed efforts before that at Kilbeggan and Limerick and ought to be one of the main protagonists here.
Five-year old Teofilo debutant out of a maiden half sister to G1 placed Dash To The Top. This dam's first NH progeny. Top trainer not known for bumper winners but pedigree makes market worth a second look.

Forecasts
The Granson (1/1), Western Command (4/1), Peace Party (6/1), Crumpledandcreased (7/1), Holding Pattern (8/1), Artic Quest (16/1), Highandmighty (20/1), Still Busy (33/1), Popcorn Sutton (66/1), Captain Commander (66/1)
The debut effort of PEACE PARTY at Navan is the best form on offer and there is every chance he can improve for it too so is the one they all have to beat. In four starts to date Crumpledandcreased has shown a fair level of form and can't de dismissed here representing Willie Mullins. As poorly as Western Command ran in his lone race he is of some interest for top connections and any market support for him would be highly significant.
- Peace Party
- Crumpledandcreased
- Western Command
