A four time hurdles winner in France, but capable from this kind of mark on these shores as he showed when beaten a neck by Ayla's Emperor at Ffos Las in May (2m4f good to soft). Blinkered for the first time.
Back from a fairly successful summer on the Flat, but he was on the premises from similar marks when last seen in action over hurdles earlier in the year, so whilst others appear as more likely winners he couldn't be ignored.
Disgraced himself with the race at his mercy at Taunton in March, so frustratingly for connections remains a maiden under rules. Back over hurdles for the first time since April 2016, but clearly a quirky customer.
Advancing in years, and up 2lb for finishing third at Worcester in July (2m4f good). Showed his quirks pre-race on that occasion, and as a confirmed front runner, will very much have the target to chase attached to his back.
All out to deny the versatile Hermosa Vaquera by ½L at Fontwell in August (2m1½f good to firm), and subsequently beaten off this mark since. Claims, but clearly has nothing in hand at the weights so needs everything to drop right.
A ten race maiden who wasn't beaten all that far when fourth at Taunton in April (2m+ good to firm), but otherwise has largely kept poor form. Hard to imagine that he'll be good enough.
Weakened after racing prominently switched back to hurdling at Newton Abbot last month (2m2½f good to soft), so a drop in trip should prove useful. Hasn't won since May 2015 when partnered by Richard Johnson.
His sole career success came in a 2m Tramore maiden hurdle for Eoin Doyle in August 2015 and he showed little in England in three starts for Alex Dunn. Joined another new trainer and falling in the weights but makes no appeal.
A 15 race career maiden who doesn't appear to stay over hurdles. Finished a well beaten third in a dismal contest at Worcester in June (2m good) when last in action.
Stablemate of Brean Golf Birdie, and frankly is of a very similar ilk. Tongue tied for the first time, but impossible to see where he can find the required improvement from in order to play a hand.
Unseated rider at the first on her hurdles debut at Newton Abbot in May, and has only beaten two horses home in three subsequent completed starts in novice company. Switched to handicaps, but seemingly with little to contribute.
Needs to arrest a continual decline and with a series of P's alongside his name, the primary objective must be for a completion. Has one fair placed effort on his CV (July 2016), and is 11lb lower now, but couldn't possibly be recommended.
Has won her fair share of races over the years, including over an extended 2m2f here in October 2015, but she's clocking up the years now and needs to prove that she can still compete, and on recent evidence that looks highly unlikely.
An infrequent winner (2 from 38 over hurdles), and not since August 2015. Made the frame on his last two starts, but appears a most unwilling conveyance overall, and that's clearly the reason for his lack of recent respectable form.

A taxing assignment awaits many of these young conditional jockeys with a collection of seemingly complex equine characters in the line up. Searching for a likely improver is most respectively like looking for the proverbial needle in a hay-stack. However, there will be a winner, and it might just be the first time blinkered BAMBI DU NOYER. He drops back in trip to 2m for the first time since joining David Pipe, and he showed up prominently over a longer trip prior to weakening at Newton Abbot last month. If adopting similar tactics here, there wouldn't appear to be too many reliable sorts aiming to gun him down.
