Lightly raced gelding who was coming back from a two-year lay-off running well to finish fourth of 11 at Bellewstown before winning at Listowel over 3m last month. Tough ask and others preferred.

Made steady progress last season but was out of his depth when tried in the Grade 1 Weatherby's Champion bumper at Cheltenham. Caught the eye winning a Gowran Park maiden hurdle last month. Worth a market check.

Was in with every chance when falling at the last in a Killarney novice hurdle in August following a win in a maiden hurdle earlier in the month. Could play a role but looks up against it in this company.

Won a Limerick maiden hurdle in July but has found it difficult to progress since. Looks a tall order on recent form.

Forecasts

Fabulous Saga (8/11), Robin Des Foret (7/2), West Coast Time (7/1), Burren Life (12/1), Wonderoftheworld (12/1), The Birdie Crowe (25/1), Champoleon (33/1)

Verdict

This could turn out to be an intriguing race given the fact that Robin Des Foret likes to hold a strong lead in his races. It will be down to Ruby Walsh not to let his stablemate get too far in front coming to pounce at the business end of the race on FABULOUS SAGA. The Gordon Elliott-trained Burren Life and Wonderoftheworld will be worth a market check.
