Eight-race maiden who ran his first decent race away from Brighton when runner-up over this trip at Newcastle. Forcing tactics helped that day but hard to argue his handicap mark is any better than fair.
Winner over 6f and has looked in need of at least that trip lately. Unsuited by soft ground last time but looks capable of winning from this mark when conditions are right.
A keen racer who landed a C&D double earlier in the year and just 1lb higher than for the last of them. Comes here on the back of a solid run at Goodwood on soft ground and is a candidate for any shortlist.
Victorious at Bath (firm) in July but held in four outings since. Returns to the AW today and sole victory on artificial surfaces came at Southwell back in January.
Needs to dominate his fields and unlikely to have his own way up front. Landed a C&D double under this rider in March and nicely weighted on those efforts.
Landeda double for Ed McMahon last autumn but has disappointed since. Never a factor at Bath on Monday and makes her AW debut today.
C&D specialist whose style of running leaves him requiring some luck. Good effort at Brighton last time but others look better handicapped.
Yard have only had two winners since May and none since July. Well handicapped on his 2016 form for Charlie Hills and one to note when the yard show a revival in fortunes.
Best effort in a ten race career came over C&D when just collared close home after making the running. Same jockey keeps the ride but there is plenty of competition for that pacemaking role.
Career record of 1-26 and no signs recently that he was about to improve that record. However, he will get a decent pace to aim at here and that has not been the case since some of his better efforts back in the spring.

There will be a good gallop in this and that will help ROUNDABOUT MAGIC who takes a keen hold. He is well weighted on his form which yielded two victories earlier this season and he ran well on his return to action last time on ground softer than ideal. Grand Myla and Raffle King make most appeal of the frontrunners with the latter having a nice draw in stall one.
