Successful over 1m3f around here in May but disappointing since including over 1m1f at Goodwood in August. Return to this trip should suit but more needed today.
Has not yet managed to add to his Yarmouth win (1m2f, good to firm) in June last year and, after leaving David Simcock, hasn't got back to form in three runs for this yard. Drops in class with tongue tie added, stamina questions to answer.
Four-year-old won on turf at Lingfield in August over this sort of trip before having a try over hurdles at Fontwell. Ran credible race seven days ago over longer trip at Chelmsford off this rating and enters calculations for this.
Won a low-grade Wolverhampton handicap in September 2016 over this trip before going down 1L behind Iballisticvin here over 1m3f next time out. Off 347 days now, betting may serve as guide to expectations on this return.
Didn't set the world alight on turf this summer but had previously won two on the spin on the AW, most recently over 1m2f at Newcastle in March off a mark of 65. Must prove effectiveness over this longer trip.
Showed some promise in trio of maidens for Roger Charlton at up to 1m2f, tailed off on debut for this yard at Chelmsford (1m5½f) in August and some questions to answer now dipping toes into a handicap for the first time.
Two-time C&D winner showed much-improved form last time when making good late progress to finish ¾L of ten of track and trip 28 days ago. Is on a very workable mark now if ready to build on that.
Winner of low-grade Ffos Las handicap in July on good ground, taking advantage of lowly rating and followed that with decent showing at Newmarket (1m4f, good) but two runs since have been underwhelming.
Improved effort on handicap bow over C&D last month when 4L fourth of 11, bolted up on Friday at Haydock (1m2½f, heavy) and must be high on the shortlist coming here without a penalty for that smooth success.
Improved effort when landing 1m2f Chelmsford handicap in August but faded lade on next time at Newcastle when tackling this sort of trip. More weak efforts than good ones in 11-race career to date.
Unplaced in 13 career starts, isn't favoured at these weights and takes a dramatic step up in distance (beaten out of sight over 7f at Chelmsford last week). First-time blinkers added. No obvious chance.
Has shown very fleeting glimpses of promise in nine-race career, including over this sort of trip, but has yet to even make the frame. Tailed off over 1m6f at Wolverhampton in August on previous AW start.

Forecasts
Hajaam (4/6), Send Up (3/1), Iballisticvin (7/2), Chilli Jam (8/1), Daily Trader (8/1), Captain Sue (14/1), Jersey Bull (16/1), Victor's Bet (20/1), Magic Beans (25/1), Rowlestonerendezvu (40/1), Caracas (50/1), Gracesome (50/1), Prosecute (50/1), Back To Love (100/1)
HAJAAM has been progressing nicely and he bolted up at Haydock on Friday, he comes here without penalty and looks an obvious contender for the follow up if in anything like the same mood. Send Up is also in flying form, the filly coming here with designs on a hat-trick but she does have another 6lb hike to contend with for a narrow success last time out. Iballisticvin and two-time C&D winner Jersey Bull, who made eye-catching progress late on when here four weeks ago, complete the shortlist.
- Hajaam
- Jersey Bull
