Wore cheekpieces for the first time when a creditable third off 1lb lower at Musselburgh last time. The headgear is retained and the extra furlong of this trip should suit, but he could be vulnerable off top weight.
Has shown clear signs of ability, including in a 7f nursery at this track last time when he was slowly away. Has been dropped 2lb, but is by a sprinter and this extra distance poses a question mark. Visored for the first time.
Little promise in three novice events, but runs for the first time since being gelded and make his debut in handicap company. Interesting to see if the market speaks in his favour.
A winner and runner-up in two nursery races since being blinkered, he has strong claims despite his rise in the weights. Top stable always to be feared with its challengers in the North.
Failed to beat a rival on first two starts, but much better when in mid-division at Thirsk on latest start. Opening handicap mark not especially lenient, but worth considering given shrewd stable.
Has yet to hit the frame in seven novice and nursery events. Tries his longest trip to date and it needs to eke out improvement for him to figure.
Winner of two sellers already this season, but was well held in a nursery off 1lb lower last time. That was on soft going and, as both his victories were achieved on good, any drying out of the ground would be in his favour.
A stable companion of Faradays Spark and the choice of Paul Hanagan. Cost £130,000 and, although she is unlikely to ever justify that price tag, she showed enough on her first nursery run last time to suggest she could play a part in this.
Off the mark at the sixth attempt when making all in a Chepstow nursery. Has been raised 6lb, which leaves her vulnerable, but she remains one of the more likely contenders
Has cut little ice in there runs, but goes handicapping for the first time and represents a stable which knows the time of day. Bred to appreciate this increased stamina test.
Only limited promise in three runs, but is another who goes into a nursery for the first time with the handicapper struggling to assess his level of ability. Should appreciate the step up a 1m.
Has revealed some ability in three outings and is another making his first venture into handicap company. Application of a hood could help on this step up to 1m.
Not beaten too far in first run in a nursery at Newcastle and 2lb drop in the weights seems quite lenient. Stable doing well and worth considering.
One of three runners from his stable, he has not shown much in two nurseries but now finds himself off a 7lb lower mark. Any market support would be interesting.
Has run with credit on his last two starts, including when fifth in a nursery at Newcastle last time. Runs off 2lb lower and is entitled to go well.
Not much to shout about in three runs over 6f, but takes a significant step up in trip and runs in a handicap for the first time. Stable in decent nick and certainly worth noting in the betting.
Has failed to reach the frame in five starts, the last two in handicap company. Good stable fits a visor for the first time and a 5lb drop in the weights offers hope.
Signs of ability in nuseries and is gradually coming down the weighs. Clearly one of her top stable's lesser lights, but has a nice draw and is not totally dismissed.
Pulled hard when down the field in his first nursery at Newcastle last time. Dropped 5lb, but must learn to settle if he is to progress.

Another minefield for punters, with unexposed juveniles mixing it with more experienced performers. Newmarket raider Dream Of Delphi has to be respected, but the North has a host of likely sorts who could be a step ahead of the handicapper and chief among them could be BERTIE WALLACE, who has hinted at ability in three maidens and gets his chance to show what he can do in handicap company over a longer trip and in a first-time hood. A long list of potential dangers is headed by stable companions Faradays Spark and Zoffinia, Jaycois Star, Echo and Makofitwhatyouwill.
