Winner on the Flat at Tramore (2m, yielding) last month, since been out of luck in pair of hurdles races. Has won over this sort of trip in the past.
Better over jumps and remains a six-race maiden on the Flat, well held recently at Navan and Galway over 1m6f.
Has some decent form over 2m on the Flat this summer in valuable handicaps. Couldn't be ruled out if coping with this shorter trip.
Just one win from 27 career starts over jumps and appears to be getting a little long in the tooth now. Best efforts have always come on soft, trip may prove his undoing.
Eight-year-old has won four races on the Flat, though nothing since 2015. Well beaten off this month over 1m6f at Navan, needs to find a bit extra.
Long-standing maiden whose efforts this year are no source of encouragement. Back up significantly in trip having been dealt a sound beating over 7f at Laytown recently.
Sole win came on AW at Chelmsford (1m2f) in August 2015. Mostly poor efforts over jumps this season, including a fall at Listowel this week.
Winner over this trip at the Curragh in July, didn't fare as well on softer ground next time at Galway but that recent form is a big positive in this field.
Won a maiden hurdle at Towcester in April before joining this yard, mostly flatting to deceive over jumps in six runs since, failing to complete in three of them.
Decent chaser, with a win at Perth over 3m on good ground at July, Flat form nothing to write home about.
Well beaten off in three starts on the Flat, most recently going down 12L in Tipperary claimer over 1m1f, plenty to work on but could lift game.

NEARLY FAMOUS won over this trip at the Curragh in July and could do so again in a contest of this nature, despite the concern that the ground may be softer than ideal. Water Sprite also boasts winning Flat form lately, albeit over, at Tramore last month. They appear to be have soundest credentials on paper, ahead of Shadagann and Urtheoneiwant in a finale that must be treated with caution from a punting perspective.
