Clearly not the most straightforward (wears earplugs, can take a hold) and found little for pressure when second to Runasimi River latest. That form has taken a knock too, and although a chance on the figures, may find others more progressive.
Nice enough pedigree but not seen out for over two years after finishing tailed off at Bangor on only start. Can only be watched after such an absence.
Not straightforward and tailed off on most starts to date. Can't be entertained as the likely winner here, and makes little appeal.
Related to winning hurdler Southport and makes a bit of appeal on pedigree, but likely to need a bit of time to find her feet and only of interest if strong in the market.
May not be entirely straightforward, but clearly has ability and looked useful in two of her three bumpers. Not happened yet over hurdles but early days, and her staying on second to the useful Taws here last time is a decent effort. Shortlisted.
Hardly looks a hurdler on pedigree, but didn't do too badly when third to Excellent Team on only hurdles start to date. Stamina will always be a concern, but not out of this if taking a step forward from that.
Better effort over this C&D last time when a close fourth to Horseshoe Bay, but she still didn't convince with her finishing effort and regardless, that form needs improving on. Others make more appeal.
Looked to have plenty left in the tank when a cosy neck winner at Huntingdon in March, and was thought good enough to have a crack at the Mares bumper at Aintree after. Should have plenty to offer over hurdles this year and must be considered.
Half-sister to the useful Mercian Prince, so may yet improve on a couple of moderate efforts in bumpers to date. Looks one that needs more time and best watched today.
Has no form to speak of in point-to-points and no realistic chance here.
Looked very useful when winning first two bumpers but disappointed at Sandown on final start when conditions looked fine. Obviously useful but long absence to overcome now, and this ground likely to be quick enough. Chance, but others preferred.

Maria's Benefit (2/1), Woolstone One (5/2), G For Ginger (3/1), Green Or Black (13/2), Bise D'estruval (14/1), Mac Bella (16/1), Trampling Dust (66/1), Mercian Princess (100/1), Georgina Joy (100/1), Miss Clyro (150/1), Bonnie Black Rose (150/1), Celestial Chimes (200/1)
Only a handful to concentrate on. G For Ginger looks capable of better but preference is for MARIA'S BENEFIT, who still looked to be learning on the job last year and should be a huge improver this season. Woolstone One was another that looked like she was going places but it's been some time since we saw her and she may need this.
