Twice a winner under this useful claimer earlier in the season, both wins over slightly longer trip and on firm ground. This trip fine but could do with a better surface.
Winner at Ayr last time out over this trip when well backed. Raised 5lb for that win but not completely out of things as he won with a bit in hand on soft ground there.
Winner over 6f at Cork last August off mark of 55, may have found ground too heavy at Roscommon latest, previous effort in July over C&D gives her claims.
Easy win at Ballinrobe in June came over much further. Was raised 12lb for that and consistent efforts since without threatening a win. Place claims again perhaps.
Beaten under 4L in eighth of 14 over C&D in July on good to yielding ground. Needs a bit more but has dropped 2lb since and could get involved.
Filly has just five starts behind her, beaten 37L on handicap debut at Cork in April over 1m½f in heavy conditions and off since. Yard has been quiet lately (2-27).
Maiden after six starts, rarely been any sort of threat to that status. Gets first-time blinkers here, dropping back from 1m2f last time.
Sole success came at Brighton in October 2015 (6f, good to soft) in a maiden but remains lightly-raced with just eight turf starts. Fair effort over this trip at Gowran Park in July to be third of 16, not discounted here.
Well beaten on all three starts in maidens and largely reliant on a first-time tongue-tie working the oracle for handicap bow. Hood retained and others make more appeal on first run in 65 days.
Turned the corner in spectacular fashion at Bellewstown last week (1m, good) when landing claimer at 66/1, goes up 10lb for the win which makes repeat seem unlikely.
Maiden after 11 starts and well beaten on final three outings for previous stable. No sign of change in fortune in two starts for this handler, including over C&D in June when beaten 12L.
Still a maiden but showing some signs of progress, good fourth of 16 over 1m at Bellewstown recently off this rating attempting to dominate from the front. Could be a factor in the finish again over shorter trip.
Mare's best form, which is nothing to write home about, has come over 5f and she's not favoured by these terms trying the 7f trip for the first time (injured and pulled up on one previous attempt over 1m).
Filly has shown only very fleeting glimmers of hope in five starts this season for new trainer. Hard to be confident in chance if getting a run (Second Reserve).

Jan Steen (4/1), Ostaiocht (4/1), Greenpanda (9/2), Harry Speed (11/2), Power Of Ten (7/1), Path Of Silver (8/1), Botanical Lady (8/1), Busy Bush (8/1), Latchet (12/1), Indian Landing (12/1), Town Ranger (14/1), Accladora (16/1), Volta Do Mar (16/1), Favorite Story (25/1), First Excursion (25/1), Newlands Voice (33/1), Spirit Be With You (33/1)
Jan Steen doesn't have a lot of miles on the clock and deserves respect in this field on the back of a solid try at Gowran Park over this trip in July, while last-time-out Ayr winner Harry Speed ought to be capable of having a says despite the extra 5lb on board. Accladora may struggle to follow-up her shock Bellewstown win, with the likes of Path Of Silver and Greenpanda more likely to give their running but POWER OF TEN made a decent attempt from the front last time at Bellewstown and might be able to get the job done now over this shorter trip.
- Power Of Ten
- Jan Steen
- Harry Speed
