Dual course winner (including over C&D) who was beaten 3L when third to Pumblechook over 1m6f here earlier in the month. However disappointing when upped to 2m at Beverley subsequently and needs to bounce back at her favourite track.
Generally stronger over shorter trips, but does appear to stay 2m, and is closely matched with Bulas Belle on their clash over 1m6f here earlier in the month. Reasons to ignore his latest effort (2m1f on a stiff track).
Goes well at this track, and has won on the Flat and over hurdles here. Made a big impression back from a break at Thirsk in July when nearly reeling in Vercingetorix, but was unable to build upon that effort over C&D latest (soft).
Course winner who has proved fairly reliable on the AW (from higher marks) throughout the course of the winter months. However, work to do with Italian Riviera on Thirsk form from July and possibly less effective on grass.
Three time career winner (twice at Ayr), but in excellent shape since finishing 6L second to Mr Globetrotter over C&D in June. Climbing the weights, but narrowly denied by Chebsey Beau (1m7f) at Ayr latest and another excellent rider booked.
Formerly with James Eustace and picked up by her current trainer for 10,000 gns in October 2016. Yet to fire in four starts for the yard, but falling in the weights and now tries a much longer trip. 12 race maiden.
Forecasts
Question Of Faith (5/2), Italian Riviera (11/4), Ingleby Hollow (10/3), Bulas Belle (9/2), Cavalieri (9/1), Pennerley (25/1)
Plenty of Catterick regulars in attendance with Ingleby Hollow and Bulas Belle set to lock horns once more after only being separated by half a length over a shorter trip here earlier in the month (race won by Pumblechook). Italian Riviera also merits respect if able to reproduce his Thirsk effort behind Vercingetorix (feasibly 'bounced' latest), but a narrow preference is for the reliable mare QUESTION OF FAITH. She continues to edge up the weights, but the excellent Paul Hanagan might just be wise enough to squeeze out another success from her on conditions which are ideal.
- Question Of Faith
- Bulas Belle
- Italian Riviera
