Although still a 10-race maiden, nine on turf, the handicapper refuses to give the Tagula filly a chance. Still only 4lb lower than original mark.

Got off the mark at the 17th time of asking last time out at Dundalk (AW) over this trip, beating 13 rivals. Negative for the win is a 7lb rise which will make things a lot harder the gelding.

Won this race last year when with another yard. Beaten just over 2L here in July, when fifth of 15. Chance of a place if repeating that form with decent claimer on board.

First-time blinkers certainly brought about an improvement last time out at Dundalk (7f, AW), beaten just over 4L and they remain today.

Best performance of the season last time out at Tipperary, beaten just ½L, when second of 15. Handicapper takes a chance here only raising the Ravens Pass gelding 1lb.

Running for the fourth time in blinkers and it can be said they have improved the performance of the filly, not disgraced at Fairyhouse or Down Royal, before 2ÂľL defeat last time out at Dundalk (7f, AW).

Much better figures and performances when running at Dundalk on the AW. Well beaten last twice on turf at Limerick and at Navan in June.

Only career win remains the one when as a two-year-old with Richard Fahey. Ran well at Navan over 6f in April, but has gradually regressed since. First-time tongue-tie/cheekpieces combination.

Well beaten over 15L in each of his last five starts over various distances, ranging from between 1m4f to 6½f last time out, when 15th of 26 at Curragh.

Not disgraced on seasonal debut at Dundalk on the AW, when seventh of 14, beaten over 8L. Probably more suited to the AW and best passed over here.

Last seen on the Flat, finishing 11th of 15, 12L behind Full Shilling in this race 12 months ago. Had a spin over hurdles at Gowran Park recently, presumably to get fit for this.

Nothing to show, though not disgraced in four starts this season. Stable are not in bad form, Sollertia won at Roscommon yesterday. A check on the betting is advised.

Has spent all of this season running in the UK, usually behind the likes of Kiwi Bay, Brother McGonagall and last time out, Sepal. Hard to make a case for as the mare drops to a career low mark.

Not disgraced at Navan in June over 5f, but has been well beaten on two occasions since. Defeats so bad handicapper has dropped the gelding 10lb.

Well beaten at Dundalk on the AW and at Fairyhouse, before a 12L defeat at Roscommon earlier this month. Difficult to see what improvement first-time tongue-tie/cheekpieces combination brings.

Verdict

Could be a contested lead here in the early stages with possibly, Wild Shot, There's The Rain and Volta Do Mar all vying for the lead. It's possible the latter may nab the front spot from stall one. The handicapper takes a chance with Gold Struck here, only raising the Ravens Pass gelding 1lb and last years winner Full Shilling has chance of a place on return, but preference is for an each-way shout on IT'S HARRYS GIRL, who had a spin over hurdles at Gowran Park recently, presumably to get fit for this.
