Off the mark at the eighth attempt at Yarmouth earlier in the month, winning with a fair amount in hand and while he was disappointing next time, he may not have handled the ground that day. Should go well and shouldn't mind the step up in trip.
Running consistently well of late and rewarded at Lingfield last time when staying on strongly. 4lb rise for that not excessive and likely to enjoy the step up in trip; first-time cheekpieces could eke out a little more improvement.
Made a decent fist of handicapping so far winning his last two starts at Bath including over 1m5f on firm ground last time. Races off an 8lb higher mark here and likely to prove hard to beat upped in trip provided he doesn't mind the softer ground.
Improved on handicap debut when third of 10 on soft ground at Bath. Still gives the impression she's learning on the job though and perhaps best watched for the time being.
Still a maiden after 11 starts but did better last time at Nottingham. The range of headgear tells its own story though and doesn't appear to be one to trust. Likely to struggle from out of the handicap.
The 4lb rise for SUSSEX RANGER's latest effort looks a little lenient and first-time headgear may see him improve. Imphal is an obvious danger but with concerns about the softer going, Veiled Secret is preferred for the forecast back on sounder ground.
