Ran well without winning in six starts for Andre Fabre and starts his career in England for current trainer. Might be in need of this outing and handicapper has taken few chances.
Not at his best at Newmarket last time, but he had been running well before that, including when winning off 5lb lower at Lingfield. Should get involved if shrugging off his last display.
Irish contender who cashed in on a falling handicap mark to win at Ballinrobe two starts ago. Finished in mid-division off this mark at Roscommon last time and needs to find some improvement.
Won a Salisbury maiden as a juvenile and has finished second on all three starts this season, each of them over 1m2f. Has been climbing the weights in defeat and needs the extra 2f to have a positive effect.
Three maiden outings before winning on his handicap debut at Doncaster. Well held off 3lb higher at Chester, but that track is not ideal for every horse and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back.
Promising as a juvenile, but is struggling to recapture that sparkle as a 3yo. Has had a break since disappointing over 1m2f at Sandown last time and needs to get back on track over a longer trip.
Picked up two races as a 2yo and, after a moderate reappearance effort, he passed the post first at Newmarket on Saturday, only to be disqualified and placed second. Not surprising he is brought out quickly and is the one to beat.
Has been gradually stepped up in trip this season and ran particularly well to finish second at Wolverhampton two starts ago. Should run his race, but may be held by the handicapper.
Experienced campaigner who has won five races, the last of them way back in November, 2015. On a career-low mark. but may succumb to younger legs.
Forecasts
Star Of The East (7/4), Seafarer (10/3), Sparte Quercus (6/1), Panko (7/1), Full Court Press (8/1), Ghayyar (12/1), Canyon City (20/1), Our Boy (25/1), Entihaa (33/1)
It is hard to get away from STAR OF THE EAST, who was first passed the post at Newmarket at the weekend only to be disqualified. He should take all the beating. Full Court Press could go well for Ireland, while Panko has claims if shrugging off a disappointing run last time. Seafarer and Sparte Quercus look best of the rest.
