Broke a long losing run at Bath two starts back but very disappointing on her latest start at Goodwood off his revised mark and has never won over this far.
Not won since his debut in 2015 and well beaten last time at Kempton. Hard to fancy on his current form. Ran some big races last year but not always the most convincing in the finish and opposable here.
Maiden after six starts but only narrowly denied at Newmarket last time out and best runs have come when gaining an easy lead. Chance he could get one again here and proven over this trip but 4lb rise for his latest effort looks a touch harsh.
Won a Listed race back in 2014 but has endured an interrupted career until this season. Can often start slowly and wouldn't want to do that here but down to a very workable mark now and he won't mind the ground. Leading claims with De Sousa booked.
Flat winner who had been running well over hurdles earlier in the season. Shaped as if amiss on return to the Flat last time though and has a bit to prove after that effort.
Put debut experience to good use when winning nicely under this rider over 7f at Kempton next time out. Much more to do here but should only improve and he must be feared on reappearance if ready to go.
Won a Newcastle maiden last year and returned to form with a bang here over a mile last time out. 2lb rise for that lenient and could go well on debut for new yard if he handles this trip.
Won a Newcastle maiden on debut despite a slow start but a little hit and miss since. Doesn't look the most straightforward sort and well beaten at Chester last time out, possibly going too hard from the front; opposable.

Fast Dancer (4/1), Black Bolt (4/1), Capton (9/2), So Celebre (6/1), Tamayef (15/2), Parish Boy (8/1), Top Beak (8/1), Native Soldier (11/1), Boycie (14/1)
PARISH BOY looks well-handicapped and he may take some beating with De Sousa riding for the first time here. Native Soldier is an interesting runner after he bounced back to form last time and he has claims if he can build on that run while both Hannon runners, Black Bolt and Boycie have solid each way chances.
- Parish Boy
- Native Soldier
- Black Bolt
