C&D wwinner who ran well at Pontefract last time out and seems to be at her best on this type of ground. Career-high mark now but is the type to keep finding more and cannot be discounted.

Dead-heated at Thirsk in a big field last time out and is raised 6lb as a result. Needs to prove herself off this mark but she continues to steadily progress and is reunited with a jockey who gets on well with her.

Winner over this trip at Bath last time, and has been raised 6lb as a result.. Seems a progressive sort and should be able to get competitive at this level, with these seemingly her optimum conditions; leading contender.

Beaten only a head at Brighton over 7f last time out, but is just as effective over this trip. On the same mark now and would go very close if able to replicate the form of that last performance.

C&D winner last time out who has been raised 5lb as a result. That seems a little harsh given the narrow margin of victory, but the second was clear of the field and he demands close consideration in this tougher race.

Steps up to this trip for the first time having run well over shorter. Possibly too high in the handicap now but continues to show signs of his inexperience and could improve further if overcoming that.

Nowhere near his best in three starts so far this year and needs to return to his best form from his juvenile campaign in order to prove any trouble to the market principles here. Hood on for the first time.

Verdict

DOWALYA won more easily at Bath last time than the official one length winning margin suggests, and she seems to be a highly progressive prospect who has the potential to go on to a higher level than this. She's up 6lb but will enjoy the conditions and seems to be the one they all have to beat yet again. She won't have things all her own way though, in a decent handicap, where Bint Dandy, beaten only narrowly last time, and C&D winner Lawmaking are others to consider.

  3. Lawmaking
