A three time winner over hurdles, and two of those successes have come at this track with cut over shorter trips (2m1½f and 2m3f). However, has generally looked handicapped out of things more latterly (hence the call for this rider) and a brief chasing career has been quickly shelved.
Winning Point-to-Pointer who was having his first run for this stable when jumping poorly and pulling up in a Worcester handicap chase in late July. Reverts to hurdles, presumably in a bid to restore confidence.
Has won a further two races over fences since getting off the mark at Plumpton in September 2016 (2m3½f good to firm). However, after seemingly going off the boil slightly on his last couple of starts (absent since mid May) he returns to hurdles seeking to exploit a 10lb lower mark than over fences.
Has appreciated a test of stamina when scoring twice over the extended 3m2f at Plumpton during the course of 2016, and just about falls back to his last winning mark having not seen all that much racing this year. He'll need to better his recent effort at Southwell in July, but feasibly he might well have needed that race.
Not the easiest to predict but can erupt into life every once in a while, and was a decisive 7L winner from a 5lb lower mark at Exeter in April (2m5f+ good). However, he's yet to win over this far and could only finish third in a seller at Newton Abbot last month so doesn't appear the most likely winner.
Managed to get his head in front in a in a 3m Open Maiden Point-to-Point at Cothelstone in May (for this rider). Switched back to this stable thereafter and ran his best race over hurdles to date when just under 20L third to Knight Commander at Newton Abbot in late July (2m+). Up in trip.
Showed promise in bumpers, but six starts over hurdles have failed to yield a placing, and she's now a ten race maiden. First time blinkers are applied to a mare who has dropped 13lb in the weights since going handicapping.

Forecasts
Simply Blessed (5/2), Lee Side Lady (3/1), Findusatgorcombe (5/1), Mount Vesuvius (5/1), Little Windmill (5/1), Miss Mayfair (6/1), Drive On Locky (12/1), Burgess View (33/1)
Stamina looks a pre-requisite to success and Drive On Locky has little to fear on that score and this Brendan Powell trained dual Plumpton scorer might be a shade fitter than when lining up at Southwell last month and shouldn't be readily dismissed. However, LITTLE WINDMILL is worth chancing as he seeks to take advantage of a lower hurdles mark (still a maiden) than over fences (three time winner). He is another horse who has proven stamina and appears to relish a decent racing surface which should be on the cards.
- Little Windmill
- Drive On Locky
- Lee Side Lady
