Form looks fairly useful and made a successful debut over 6f at York in June. Failed to improve on that run last time out here over C&D and may do better now returned to better ground.

Cost €72,000 as a yearling and makes plenty of appeal on pedigree being a brother to a 7f winner Aimez La Vie with some other useful relations in the family. The dam was also a juvenile winner over a mile and it would be no surprise to see him make a decent debut here.
Showed his inexperience on his debut but still produced a promising first effort over 7f at Musselburgh. Very much looks open to improvement for a yard that are having an excellent season with their two-year-olds.

Very easy to back on his debut at Newbury but did hint that he had some ability having made plenty of appeal on pedigree. Ran green there and never really in the race and a bit more is expected here.
Very much in need of the experience when he was a 9/1 chance on his debut over 7f at Newmarket. Like a few of these more should be expected this time around.

Didn't really show that much on his debut at Redcar never looking a threat and basically looking as though the run would do him good without screaming that he was a major improver.

The only other debutante in the field his price rose significantly as a juvenile and his pedigree suggests that he could be useful. He's a half-brother to several winners with plenty of stamina in the pedigree and he looks as though he'll be suited by further in time.

From a yard that don't have too many two-year-olds this one was last of ten on her debut over 6f on soft ground at Catterick and makes very little appeal here.
Showed a little more on her second run here over this trip but the form is only modest and she would have to make some fairly big strides too be able to take a hand here.

Given her pedigree very much looks one for the longer term and failed to get involved in a Catterick maiden over 7f on her debut and is best watched again here.

The most experienced of these having already had six runs with a couple of attempts in nurseries. Ran a fair second to one who holds Group entries last time out at Redcar but likely to meet one again here who has a little more improvement in them.

Made a workmanlike start to her career at Thirsk over 6f but failed to build on that run last time out at Ripon and she may well be better off in nurseries once she gets a mark.

Forecasts

Global Conqueror (5/2), Baileys Excelerate (3/1), International Man (7/2), Real Gent (11/2), Miss Mo Brown Bear (10/1), Carlini (11/1), A Bit of A Touch (14/1), Poppy Walton (40/1), Cum Spiro Spero (50/1), Nunnery Lane (50/1), Lady Isle (66/1), Arabellas Fortune (80/1)

Verdict

International Man might just find giving away upwards of 7lb too tough a task here and he faces a few that could well take a step forward here plus a couple of decent newcomers. BAILEYS EXCELERATE is one that could well improve here after his solid debut effort and he along with Global Conqueror look sure to go close. A Bit Of A Touch and Real Gent look on pedigree to be a couple of decent newcomers who add some decent depth to this novice stakes.
  1. Baileys Excelerate
  2. A Bit of A Touch
  3. Global Conqueror
