Dual bumper winner whose Flat campaign thus far has been over inadequate trips. Should be more of a force tackling a distance and now that he has qualified for handicaps. Stable have hit a bit of form lately so one to note if coming here following an engagement over this trip in the Musselburgh 5:00 on Friday.
Last couple of runs of the Flat would have few rushing out to back him but he dotted up over fences at Market Rasen three weeks ago. If that improvement is evident here then he would take all the beating in this lowly grade.
Has gone 16 runs since his last victory at this fixture in 2016 and yet remains 2lb above that mark. Has proved a difficult customer who needs to be delivered on the bridle at the last possible moment. Tackles this trip for the first time and carries too many risks. Engaged Musselburgh 5:00 Friday.
Beat Donachie's Girl (winner of three handicaps this summer) here last month and then went well at Musselburgh. Revised mark came into play last time when well beaten over a trip short of her best. Stays this trip and capable of going close.
Almost two years since her last win but last month's Hamilton effort was more encouraging. This seems a more appropriate test than the Musselburgh 4:30 she is entered in on Friday. If making it here in good shape she has each-way potential.
1-19 and lines through Donachie's Girl leave him with something to find with Question Of Faith. Rider's 7lb claim and longer trip may help to bridge that gap but his profile is unappealing.
12-race maiden who looks one paced. Pitched in at the right level to be thereabouts but looks destined to find something too good for him again.
Poor lately and with the stable underachieving at present it is hard to see why she should take a big step forward now.

Forecasts
Golden Jeffrey (2/1), Question Of Faith (7/2), Schmooze (7/2), Chebsey Beau (7/1), Tectonic (7/1), La Bacouetteuse (7/1), Esspeegee (12/1), Celtic Power (16/1), Rajapur (33/1), Nuova Scuola (40/1)
A few of these are engaged at Musselburgh on Friday with Schmooze almost certain to improve on whatever she does given a greater test of stamina in this. Golden Jeffrey and Tectonic tackle two miles for the first time at Musselburgh with high expectations for the former. Question Of Faith has her fair share of weight but there is little wrong with the form and she should be more at home over this trip than the 1m3f at Carlisle last time. CHEBSEY BEAU has slipped down the weights and a recent Market Rasen success shows he is back to his best and ready to take advantage.
