Winner of a Newmarket maiden on debut and while he was well beaten runner-up when odds-on at Ripon on second start, that rival has gone on to contest Group races since. Well beaten in a Listed contest at Newbury last time out but no doubt he's better than that and soft ground may have gone against him. Ought to go on the AW and may be up to conceding weight all around here.

Struggled in handicaps the last twice and looks vulnerable to anything above average in this field, particularly when having to concede weight to most of his rivals.

C&D winner two starts back and not beaten far in hat-trick bid last time. Clearly looks more effective on AW than turf on evidence to date and ought to give it a good go from the front.

Exceed and Excel colt, dam a sister to 2,000 Guineas winner Footstepsinthesand. Yard in good form but he finished well beaten on debut at Windsor and very green. Likely to need more time.

Dark Angel colt, cost 250,000 gns as a foal. Improved from his debut to finish fourth at Chelmsford last time and had excuses having been carried very wide off the bend. Needs another step forward but certainly has each-way claims.

Epaulette colt, cost €40,000 as a foal and €85,000 as a yearling. Outpaced last time out at York over this trip and similar fears here. Needs to improve for the switch to AW.

Slowly away when finishing last of nine over 6f at Chepstow last month. More needed if he's to figure in this contest and needs to leave that debut effort at Chepstow well behind. Spread a plate when withdrawn at Nottingham last week.

Didn't show a lot when well beaten at Haydock on debut and beaten favourite at Doncaster last time out. Seemingly the first-string for the yard here but has a bit to prove and perhaps one for handicaps.

Dandy Man filly, cost €46,000 as a yearling and is a half-sister to winner Art Scholar and Jaeger Train. Well beaten on debut at Leicester but some promise in that performance. Tough race to follow up in but yard are in form and juveniles have been going well this year.

Well beaten at big prices on both starts to date and showed nothing last time when last from start to finish. Handicaps a more likely win route.

Very green on all three starts to date and showed nothing last time at Kempton. Will be of more interest when handicapping over further.
