Enormously frustrating to follow with a string of seconds to his name, including here by a short-head over C&D in May. 2lb higher now and won't mind whatever conditions come his way, but clearly vulnerable.
Won over C&D some time ago but has been on the slide since his latest win which came in July last year. Perked up a little at Lingfield (7f, soft) last time and also went well here over C&D in May from 12lb higher. Really ought to have the ability to make a big impression in this.
Without a win since 2014 but has often gone close since and he has been in decent form at this sort of level this term. Arguably best over shorter, but does get this trip and he has each-way claims again.
Has dropped 3lb since being beaten at Southwell in April. Has the ability to run well from this mark, but his last two runs left a fair bit to be desired so he has a bit to prove even at this level.
1-19 career profile, though that success did come on fast ground at Salisbury over this trip last year. Ran a nice enough race at Wolverhampton last time (7f, AW) when beaten 3L. 2lb lower than her last turf mark and visor returned today, so probably capable of being in the mix.
Maiden after 15 starts and placed five times from her last six starts over 7f-1m, three of them at this venue. Up 3lb for a decent effort last time at Chepstow (7f, good), but should be thereabouts.
Has been a standing dish here over the years and although he hasn't yet won this season, he showed that he can still run a decent race at the track when runner-up over 1m in May. Very much out of sorts just lately so does have a bit to prove even on his 'home' turf.
0-15 and in very moderate form so far this campaign. Blinkers appeared to help a little last time at Wolverhampton, but they are discarded today and from out of the handicap she is hard to fancy.
Dual course winner, though the last of those was in 2014. Beaten by some hefty margins in four starts since making the frame here earlier in the season and impossible to recommend from out of the handicap.

Lawfilly (11/4), Tidal's Baby (7/2), Time Medicean (4/1), Corporal Maddox (11/2), Princess Way (10/1), Doctor Bong (10/1), Fairy Mist (11/1), George Baker (12/1), Majestic Girl (16/1), Raise The Game (18/1), Lutine Charlie (28/1)
A very poor contest to kick-off proceedings and TIME MEDICEAN is the suggestion, particularly if you can get an each-way price about him. Tidal's Baby hails from the same yard and can go well again, while Corporal Maddox, Lawfilly and Princess Way are others with claims.
