Finished third over C&D three starts back (well held), but has been dropped 10lb in the handicap since then and should appreciate this drop in class. Capable from this mark and most certainly stays.
Runner up to the unbeaten Cap Soleil in a Newbury bumper in December, but has achieved little on the Flat in three starts. Worrying that she drops into a seller.
20 race maiden who is dropping in the weights. Had bits of placed form on the Fibresand over this trip at Southwell during the winter and has shaped okay at this track in the past, but wouldn't appeal on recent form.
His sole career success came over 1m1f+ in a Gowran apprentices handicap in September 2015, but he's hardly set the world alight in a mixed code career since. Only been with this trainer a matter of weeks (fifth on stable debut at Chepstow last month) and already drops into a seller.
A five time career winner in 37 starts, most latterly at Chelmsford in March, but yet to win on grass outside of the Channel Islands. Has tried longer trips lately and could be suited by dropping back down in a weak race.
Seems to win his races in turn, and often during the summer months at the likes of Bath. Posted a solid effort when just held over a shorter trip by Henryhudsonbridge at Bath last month and worthy of close consideration with this rider booked.
Has become a Chepstow regular with 12 of his last 16 races coming at that Welsh track. However, he's not tasted success in over a year and at the age of nine his plunging mark tells the tale. First time visor applied.
22 race maiden and another that has fallen sharply down the handicap. Not too much to cling onto in terms of progress since a couple of placed efforts on the Lingfield Polytrack in January/February.
16 race maiden (0 from 14 on the Flat) and was tailed off on his return to action here over 1m2f last month. Impossible to fancy.
16 race maiden who has tried all sorts of trips during his racing career. Hard to know if there is any ability in there, but a career low handicap mark should help to identify if that's the case or not.
Didn't achieve much in maidens and hasn't looked a natural since upped in trip in handicaps. Had fewer chances than most and with an experienced rider/trainer, so some outside hopes that a newly applied tongue-tie will reap dividends.
Six race maiden who showed a glimmer on her penultimate start at Chepstow, but no more than that, and has disappointed since. Her basement mark in the low 40's looks fair.
Not yet raced beyond 1m2f, but achieved nothing in maidens and life in handicaps over admittedly much shorter trips has yielded no progress. Connections must come here in hope rather than the expectation that she'll stay.

The least said about this dire contest the better. The booking of Silvestre De Sousa catches the eye on the Rod Millman trained EUGENIC. His latest effort over a slightly shorter trip at Bath (1m2f) is better than the majority have mustered lately, so if forced to have an involvement, this three-time career winner would get the rather reluctant nod.
