Winner at Epsom in April in higher grade and has faced some stiff tasks since. Has bumped into some well handicapped horses along the way but this looks less competitive. Has run well on both previous starts here including a victory in his 12 months ago.
Keen going sort who has been creeping up the handicap without winning. Rider is 7-27 on the yard's older horses and he is hard to dismiss in a race lacking depth.
Has failed to shine in four runs for this yard and was last on his most recent start. Yard have been quiet lately and he would be a surprise winner of this.
Has risen 20lb in the weights this season having landed two races in impressive style. Unlucky to meet Novoman on one of that rival's better days last time. The third has won since and rider who steered him to success at York is back on board.
Another who is creeping up the weights without getting his head in front. Tackles trip for first time but his penultimate start at Sandown makes this a good call.
Dubawi colt out of an unraced mare who is related to some smart performers. Beat a reluctant looking rival in a maiden here last time but the well beaten third has won since. Handicapper has taken few chances but there is potentially more to come. Extra distance will help as will a rider who is in irrepressible form. Godolphin have landed two of the last four renewals of this with similar types.

Brorocco will make an honest attempt at landing this for the second year running. He has run into a few improving types since his success at Epsom in April and he may do so again here. GAME STARTER has more to do than when landing a sub-standard maiden here last time but he ran as though needing this longer trip. The third has won since and, with Godolphin having successfully earmarked this race with similar types in the past, he looks up to this test in receipt of weight all round. Visitant has been in good form this season and has to be respected as does Grapevine who is dropped in class.
