Winner of a minor race at Pontefract over 6f (good) before adding to his tally when scoring comfortably in 6f nursery at Ascot (6f, good) despite hanging noticeably. Significantly more to do off a 9lb higher mark but open to further progress.
Winner over 6f at Newmarket (good to soft) in May, making all in impressive fashion, but disappointing since subsequently, most recently when failing to stay 7f. Still early days and not written off returning to 6f.
Yet to win in three attempts in novice events, only managing a 2L third when made odds-on at Epsom (6f, good) last time. Opening handicap mark looks high enough for what he has achieved, though there could be improvement in him.
Handled soft ground when just touched off at Haydock on his debut and put a below par effort at Ascot behind him when winning at Chester (5f, good) from a poor draw. Should improve for the step up to 6f as he makes a handicap bow.
Flashes of promise shown in two runs in Ireland, including on soft ground at Naas, but a shade disappointing on first run for this yard at Ripon (5f, soft). Something to prove stepping up to 6f as he goes handicapping.
Has only raced on soft ground, making it two wins from three attempts when landing a novice event over 6f at Nottingham last time. May lack the scope of some of her rivals but will relish the conditions more than most.
Much-improved when getting off the mark at the third attempt when scoring at Hamilton (6f, good to soft). Excuses for poor subsequent effort at Haydock (stumbled at the star) and entitled to respect as he goes handicapping.
Has improved with each run to date, culminating in a close-up third over 6f at Windsor (good to firm) last month. Open to further improvement as he makes a handicap debut but easier ground here an unknown.
Modest maiden form, so it was a surprise to see him pitched into a Group 2 at Ascot (hopelessly outclassed). Struggled on his handicap debut at Haydock last time, so blinkers are reached for in an attempt to source improvement.

There was much to admire how GIFT IN TIME was able to successfully overcome the worst of the draw at Chester last time and, being one of the few proven soft ground performers in this field, it would be no surprise if he was up to defying his opening handicap mark with the step up in trip likely to work in his favour. Holy Tiber is a another proven mud-lover who shouldn't be underestimated whilst Yorkshire raiders Rufus King and Quayside are also feared.
