Ended her debut season with a C&D success, but has failed to build on that in two runs this season. She was particularly disappointing when last of nine at Salisbury last time and although easier ground and a 3lb drop in the weights may help, plenty has to be taken on trust.
Confirmed the promise of two juvenile outings at Newmarket by making all to win a Chelmsford maiden on her reappearance in April. Flopped on her return to the same C&D in May but, given her absence since, something may have been amiss and she should not be dismissed off a 1lb lower mark.
Three fair maiden runs preceded victory in a 1m handicap at this track in May, but she could not build on that when fourth of five off 8lb higher at Windsor next time. Runs off the same mark and needs the extra 2f to eke out improvement if she is to return to winning ways.
Third on her only start as a juvenile and filled the same position in two maidens this season before finishing a close fifth of eight on her handicap debut at Newmarket at the beginning of last month. Runs off the same mark and, with further improvement on the cards, is likely to get involved.
Won a Carlisle fillies' maiden in June, last year, and was not disgraced in a Deauville Listed race next time. Three subsequent efforts, including when last of eight on her reappearance at Haydock last time, have been disappointing and she can only be watched until hinting at a revival.
Looked promising when landing a Lingfield fillies' maiden last summer, but was held in a couple of nurseries on her other two starts in 2016. Plenty to like about her reappearance second over C&D in June and although she subsequently finished sixth of 10 in a Chester handicap, the winner is seriously progressive and the form is better than it looked at the time. Respected off the same handicap mark.
Landed a Wetherby maiden on her debut for David Evans in 2015, but flopped in a nursery next time and 10 runs for her current stable have failed to yield another victory. However, a falling handicap mark saw her finish a narrow second over C&D a week ago and she should certainly be on the premises again.

Fillies' handicaps are rarely easy to solve and this race is no exception. Bottom weight Della Vale would have claims on her Doncaster second, but she flopped last time and has something to prove. Rayaa's recent C&D display puts her firmly in the picture, while Marie Josephe is likely to set the pace and could be difficult to peg back. Meshaykh could improve over this longer trip and it would be no surprise to see Curlew River bounce back following a short break, but the one which catches the eye is COTINGA, who shaped with great promise on her reappearance run over C&D and probably disliked the sharp track when well beaten behind a rapidly-improving sort at Chester last time. Italian Heiress can improve and looks best of the rest.
