C&D winner on his last start here in this headgear combination getting a clearer run through that he has on some of his most recent runs by being positively ridden. Can take a strong hold though and runs off a 6lb higher mark here but should go well again in this slightly lesser grade.
His overall win-to-run ratio reads 1/16 and he was well below form last time out at Catterick in a claimer over 7f on soft ground. Travelled well to a point but found little when asked and that's not the first time this has happened.
A winner here a couple of runs ago over further with cut in the ground (returning to form out of the blue) his form is a little patchy on the whole. His run last time was fair enough but he generally struggles off marks in the high 60's.
Showed some good form when first with this yard at the start of the year rattling off an AW hat-trick at Southwell over a mile. Struggled after that off higher marks but is now back to his last winning mark from a decent draw if he can find his form.
Has always gone well with cut in the ground and scored over a mile on heavy going at Carlisle on his penultimate start off a 1lb lower mark. Not in the same form last time out on better going and will enjoy the return to testing conditions.
Temperamental sort who is often slowly away but is capable of producing the odd good performance. His last two runs have been very similar and will be suited by a good pace here that he can aim at but needs luck in-running.
Finally ended a long losing run last time out after performing with credit on her previous two outings. That win came at Thirsk over 7f on good ground and she travelled well and she should remain competitive off a 4lb higher mark.
One of two runners here from an in-form yard who has been well below form on her last three starts and only has one career win to her name. Mark is falling but not looking as though she can take advantage and lumbered with a wide draw here.
Four-time C&D winner who looks to be the main hope of this stable who looked very much back to form when third over C&D last time when very aggressively ridden in blinkers. Headgear now changed back to his more regular cheekpieces and well drawn to attack again but did have a hard race last time although very well handicapped now.
Starts life with a new trainer having looked to be steadily deteriorating for her former one having run in a seller and claimer in two of her last three runs. Her mark has dropped markedly but the draw presents problems for her.
Blinkers have appeared to helped him take a small step forward although he remains with just one win on his CV overall. Chance that he'll run well here but find one too good again as he moves back a furlong in trip.
Suddenly came back to life last time out producing a good run under a very positive ride having shown very little of late. He's run well at this track before but does face some pace pressure if ridden that way again.

El Principe (11/2), Relight My Fire (6/1), Mr Cool Cash (6/1), Billy Bond (6/1), Rosy Ryan (13/2), Geordie George (8/1), Mayfield Boy (9/1), Tadaawol (10/1), Short Work (10/1), Reinforced (14/1), Grey Destiny (16/1), Shearian (20/1), Popsies Joy (20/1), Fidelma Moon (33/1)
A few of the principals have a high draw to cope with here and that won’t make life easy for contenders like Grey Destiny, Short Work and Reinforced. The four times C&D winner Relight My Fire is of interest from a good draw although he may face some pace pressure and did have a hard race last time out and ROSY RYAN and Billy Bond in the end are the two most interesting contenders against the field. The former looks to be in good form at the moment and just gets the nod over the latter who has performed with credit of late but does tend to find one to beat him.
- Rosy Ryan
- Billy Bond
- Relight My Fire
