Dual C&D winner with the latest coming last time out off the back of a break and down to his last winning mark confirming the promise of his previous run. Suited by the way that race was run (had a good pace to aim at) and won in convincing fashion and should go well under a penalty here.
Very much took advantage of a fall in the weights to win over this trip at Ripon on better ground than he'll face today on his penultimate start. Could back-up that run off a 5lb higher mark over C&D last time out an outing that merely highlighted his erratic record.
A fall in the weights saw him return to form at Redcar in June and he followed-up that win with a another couple of victories before he possibly found the race coming too soon when disappointing last time. Now off a career high mark of 75 but not ruled out after a break to freshen him up.
A dual winner over 6f already this year although the first of those wins came in a Leicester seller (looked better than that level) before he won a Ripon handicap on his firsts start for this yard. His upturn in form came to an end last time out and may need a break after a busy period.
A winning juvenile on his second start he's never ever come close to that form since running three very moderate races this year despite a fall in the weights and shows no sign of taking advantage.
Now back below his last winning mark but generally makes hard work of things and isn't one to trust and doesn't look in much form at the moment.

A few of these met last time out with Musharrif scoring a convincing victory over Astrophysics and First Bombardment and although he has a difficult draw this time and carries a penalty he may well be able to hold off that duo again. Tarboosh is a rather erratic performer and you are never quite sure what you are going to get from him and it may well be that a break has done FOXY BOY good and he can continue the progress he’s shown this year from a good draw in stall 2.
