Won minor event at Wolverhampton in May but has generally found life tough on turf since hacking up at Beverley last August by a wide margin. Eighth of nine last day at York.

Not seen since last year and makes his turf debut here after six runs on the AW with his sole win so far coming on his penultimate start at Newcastle over 2m on his second handicap start (form worked out well). Failed to build on his win over the same C&D (could have made it a sterner test) and may yet do better.

Was well campaigned last summer to complete a hat-trick over 1m3f, 1m6f and finally 2m. Fifth of seven, well beaten in Doncaster extended 1m6f on soft ground.

Struggling on all starts this season, though signs of a return to form last day at Musselburgh over 2m, when third of five, beaten just over 2L.

Not seen since July 2015, 1135 days ago. Three career wins came back in 2012 (x 2) and 2014. Best watched on return.

Dual 1m5f at Ayr winner in 2015 who remains 1lb higher than the second of those, which was in cheekpieces. Will run a big race and could place.

Has been improving steadily and won last day in Catterick, 2m handicap on good to soft, last day. Raised 6lb for the effort.

Took his first handicap over this trip when winning at Hamilton beating a long odds-on favourite having shown some promise in his previous races. Will be carrying a 4lb penalty and tries to follow-up that win in an effort to gain back-to-back victories.
