Having scored over a furlong further at this course two starts ago, he's now 4lb higher in the handicap, but he seemed to be improving prior to his last run, when he may not have enjoyed the unique configuration of the Berkshire venue. He is taken to return to winning ways here, ahead of Midnight Whistler, who escapes a penalty for winning at Epsom last week, and Anastazia, who could have more to offer over this trip.
