Chasing form hasn't matched up so far to his hurdling exploits in three goes over the larger obstacles although he did improve from his debut , before a 32L defeat last day.
Point-to-point winner over 2m4f at Ystradowen (soft) in March prior to finishing well beaten in a hunter chase. Second last day here in June, though beaten 16L.
Winner of one of his 19 hurdles starts and improved on recent form when finishing third of six beaten 1½L off 1lb higher on chasing debut, before second of six last day, beaten 8L last month.
Likes to make the running and has a game attitude. Pulled-up last day in Uttoxeter, 2m4f, novice handicap chase on good ground.
Stable debut for poor pointer, cheekpieces on for the first time. 0/10 chase starts for trainer-Hilary McLoughlin.
Has had only six outings since his last success in October, 2014 and beaten a total of 194L on his last four starts. Best watched.
Failed to manage to land a blow in any of his four starts in bumpers and novice/maiden hurdles and was beaten 29L, fifth of six on chasing debut.
