Has really found his form this year and made it back-to-back wins at Epsom last time out, seeing out the trip strongly. Runner-up and the third from that contest have both won their subsequent outings and he's due to go up another 2lb when reassessed. Looks like the one to beat.
Rattled off a hat-trick in January but signs the handicapper has caught up with him now and he's never looked quite as effective on turf. Entitled to need his comeback run and others preferred.
Has won four of his six starts at Haydock but yet to win a race away from that track and seemingly struggled from his revised mark there last time. No relief forthcoming from the handicapper though and he's probably a little better on faster ground. Needs a fast pace to aim at to be seen to best effect.
Two-time winner on the AW but yet to record a turf win and he was beaten out of sight on his only start with soft in the going description. Up against from this kind of mark on turf.
Not won since a maiden victory a Ffos Las in 2015 but best efforts have come with cut in the ground and he arrives here on a career low mark. Well beaten last time out at Yarmouth but will enjoy the rain that has arrived here and bound to bounce back at some stage; interesting runner.
Not won for over a year now but hinting at a return to form on her most recent starts. Came into form at this time of year in 2015 and no surprise to see her back to something like her best in conditions she should enjoy.
Improved over the winter to land a surprise victory at Goodwood in May at 20/1. Couldn't justify favouritism next time but got back on track with a win over C&D last week. Well in under a penalty and promising claimer takes off 5lb. Should go well if he gets the pace to aim at.
Won a Wetherby maiden and had been largely disappointing since until a win in France last time out at 16/1. Interesting runner if he can build on that but he's very inconsistent and returns from another short break here.
SILVER GHOST was impressive last time out at Epsom, making it two wins from his last two starts and there's every chance he can land this with the form of his latest outing franked multiple times since. Eynhallow was impressive over course and distance last week and has to be considered if he gets a strong pace to aim at. Mikmak's mark is falling and he should appreciate the softer conditions.
