Forecasts

Raawy (6/4), Wannabe Friends (9/4), Gorham's Cave (3/1), Wasm (10/1), Sunday Prospect (14/1), Chosen World (25/1), Pound Note (100/1), Crucial Response (150/1), Quick Monet (200/1)

Verdict

Roger Varian has won this race in two of the last three years and his unraced gelding GORHAM'S CAVE can take this years renewal. The selection is out of a Group 2 winning filly in France and a half-brother to a couple of useful Flat performers. Raawy ran well when finishing runner-up on debut and he can fill the same position here while the experienced Wannabe Friends, third in a handicap last time out can take third.

  2. Raawy
  3. Wannabe Friends
