Won twice last year for Richard Hannon but has been below that form since joining this yard. Finished a distant third in a claimer last time out and needs to improve now returned to handicaps. Yard have hit a bit of a purple patch but this recruit would appear to want faster ground than what he's likely to get here and others arrive with stronger claims.
All five of his wins have been from 7f-1m on good or soft ground so likely to enjoy today's test. Never won off a mark quite this high but should enjoy this test and his run at Epsom last time was too bad to be true; appears to be the type to bounce back.
Unplaced on nine starts for this yard and not won for over a year now. Won't mind underfoot conditions but starting to look exposed off this sort of mark and probably needs more relief from the handicapper.
Won his maiden at Chelmsford earlier in the year and shaped like this kind of mark may be within reach at Thirsk last time when runner up. Still over-racing in the early stages of his races but claims if he can settle better here.
Only managed to record one win since 2013 and unplaced on his four latest outings. Latest success came in 2015 when winning over the mile at Goodwood but only 3lb lower than that now. Obviously well-handicapped on old form but seemingly regressive and not shown enough in recent starts to suggest a bounce back to form is imminent.
Won a maiden at Newbury on second start but has struggled off this mark on two subsequent outings. Return to softer ground probably in his favour but has a bit to prove after a very disappointing run last time out.
Rattled off a four-timer shortly after joining this yard but only managed to beat one rival home in a total of three starts this term and soft ground unlikely to be up his street here. Trainer has a low strike-rate with his runners on the Flat here and this gelding is probably of more interest when returned to AW.

Dragon's Voice may be difficult to beat if he turns on here having won at Windsor comfortably on Monday but it may pay to side with ITSAKINDAMAGIC who improved to finish runner-up at Thirsk last time. The three-year-old colt may settle better in this field and he's proven himself to some extent on soft ground. Harlequin Striker gets his optimum conditions here and he may bounce back from a poor run last time out.
