Last of six on his debut run over 5f at Kempton back in April and has generally struggled in all four of his subsequent races, starting at huge odds on each occasion. Hard to make out a valid case for him this afternoon as he drops into a seller.
Ran well on his second start at Redcar when beaten less than a length behind Popsi over the minimum trip. Bounced back from a tough race at York to finish a 1L third behind Just For The Craic over 5f at Catterick. Merits serious consideration in this event.
Has shown glimpses of ability in her three outings to date between 5f and 7f, showing little in the way of improvement in a similar contest at Thirsk last time. Will improve in time but she is probably best watched for the time being.
Denied a clear run when showing some promise on her debut at Newmarket back in May but has yet to really progress from that promising effort. Drops to plating company here and is one of the more likely winners on the evidence of her first start.
She has been friendless in the market for a couple of races to date at Chester over 5f and 6f and has finished stone last both times, showing nothing in the way of ability. Others appear to have stronger claims in this opening event.
She has progressed a little with each run to date, beaten less than 10L in a seller at York before running her best race to date last time in a Thirsk 7f seller, beaten 4L, having looked the likely winner 2f out. Drop back to 6f will suit and she looks the one they all have to beat.
She has had a couple of outings to date at Newbury and Salisbury over 6f and 7f, showing a little ability despite dropping away in the latter stages both times. Has time on her side and has scope for improvement and could run into a place.
Has started at long odds in each of her two outings so far over the minimum trip, beating just one home on her debut run on this track. Worth a try at the step up in trip this afternoon but must improve to be involved at the death.

Forecasts
Placebo Effect (9/4), Atalanta Queen (3/1), Laydee Victoria (7/2), Sixties Secret (7/2), Abu Dhabi Doo (14/1), Kathy (20/1), Heavenly Pulse (33/1), St Helens Gate (50/1), Lisbon Legend (50/1)
LAYDEE VICTORIA is a progressive-looking filly and can open her account here at the fourth time of asking. Beaten 4L in a Thirsk seller over 7f last time, she was moving ominously well at the 2f marker and the drop back to 6f here will be in her favour. This race looks well within her range and she will take all the beating. Sixties Secret and Atalanta Queen both have solid each-way credentials but the biggest threat to the selection may come from Placebo Effect. He has shown plenty of potential in his races to date and a repeat of his most recent run could suffice.
- Laydee Victoria
- Placebo Effect
- Atalanta Queen
