Has run well on both starts since joining current yard in May and despite having plenty of weight has to enter calculations based on his good second at Hexham three weeks ago.
Landed two selling hurdles last term but has been found out time and again since outside of that grade. Fair effort at Uttoxeter latest though and 2lb drop does his chance no harm at all.
Has won four out of her last eight starts since joining current yard - three over fences - and always ridden by today's rider. Returns from near 3 month break, but top yard can get them ready so has to be a major contender for honours.
Two wins in novice handicap hurdles this spring but ran poorly on return from summer break when tailed off at Uttoxeter two weeks ago. Appears to now be in the handicapper's grip.
Winning Flat racer but beaten in all 13 starts over timber to date. Had a pipe opener on the level recently and has claims on pick of hurdles form so market may prove informative for this frustrating performer.
18-race maiden who ran well for much of the way then appeared to go wrong in closing stages here in June. Has a squeak on best form but looks a risky proposition given most recent effort.
Second start for promising new trainer and ran well when runner-up at Uttoxeter last week., Turns out again quickly and in a moderate race has claims if recovered from his recent exertions.
Scored off 1lb higher mark at Uttoxeter last autumn. Ran fair race at Ffos Las in June before disappointing on latest outing. Top yard always respected though and has fine rider to help his cause.
Veteran mare hasn't won for more than two years and burst a blood vessel on her last start back in May. Very hard to enthuse over and would be a shock winner.

INNOCENT GIRL has a very good strike rate for a horse at this modest level so has to be a major contender returning from her summer break. On balance, she looks the one to beat. Swaledale Lad is running well at present and should be very much on the premises once again, while Bring Back Charlie has a squeak if we forgive his below-par effort last time out. Others to consider include Trapper Peak and Sky of Stars.
