Winner twice from 11 starts on turf but well beaten of late including in a first time visor (replaced with usual cheekpieces here) at Sandown (good-to-firm) last time. Rated 4lb lower than for his latest turf win.
Some fair efforts so far in 2017 including when finishing fourth of eight at Musselburgh (good-to-firm) on his penultimate outing. Below par at Hamilton (good) last time and more needed here.
Five most recent runs have all come over an extended 5f at Bath. Successful in two of those outings including on her penultimate outing in May and ran a decent second on firm ground subsequently. Races off a mark 2lb higher than for her latest success today.
Twice a winner at Wolverhampton in 2017 including off a 2lb higher mark in February. Well beaten sixth of seven on his return to turf over C&D on soft ground last time out.
Raced exclusively on the AW so far in 2017 finishing runner-up over 6f at Lingfield on her penultimate outing. Well held last time out and well held in two turf starts in maiden company last year.
Ran well to finish third in first time cheekpieces at Pontefract (good) last month. Cheekpieces left off when last of nine at Ripon ten days later and interesting with them returning for this outing following a 2lb drop in the weights.
Well held in three starts since finishing third of 11 over 5f at Beverley (good-to-firm) in May. Races off a mark 6lb lower than on that occasion as a result and worth a check in the market here.
Finished third the last twice including in six runner contest at Salisbury (good-to-soft) last time out. Races off a 1lb lower mark here but yard are 0/26 in recent weeks.

FLASH CITY was victorious in this contest last year and he can follow up off a 1lb lower mark this time around. The selection has been running well recently and the ground forecast today should suit. Powerful Dream has been racing at Bath in the main this season but can claim second here having finished runner-up off a higher mark last time out while Twentysvnthlancers ran well in first time cheekpieces on his penultimate start and he can take third with cheekpieces returning here having been left off last time.
