Unraced home-bred gelded son of Kheleyf. Dam a winner twice over around 7f and probably best watched on his racecourse debut here.
Well held in all three outings so far including over 7f at Epsom (good-to-firm) earlier this month. Wears cheekpieces for the first time today.
Beaten 1L at Leicester (good-to-soft) on debut at the end of May and subsequently finished third in a Listed contest at Royal Ascot (good-to-firm) when dropping back to 5f. Repeat of that latest effort would see him hard to beat in this company.
Ran well when finishing 2L fourth in an 11 runner 6f contest at Ayr (good) in May. Yard generally do well with their youngsters and likely to run well again in this.
Unraced home-bred son of Tamayuz. Half-brother to a number of winners including the Listed-placed dual winner Jamaayel and yard can boast a 37% strike-rate with their youngsters here this season (3/8).
Beaten 2½L when finishing fifth of eight over 6f on his debut on the AW at Newcastle last month. Half-brother to a winning miler in Hong Kong and worth a check in the market here.
Well beaten last of six when making his debut over this distance at Ayr (good) last month. More needed if he's to figure in this.
Unraced son of Universal out of a mare who was successful seven times at 7f to 1m. Market support would be interesting in this contest.
Signs of ability when finishing fifth in a first time tongue tie (retained) at Sandown (good) over 5f last month. Well beaten on debut over this trip previously and likely more needed to take this.
Unraced son of Lope De Vega purchased for €30,000 at the breeze-up sales in May. Half-brother to seven time winner Ice Slice amongst others and interesting runner wearing a hood for his debut today.

James Garfield (1/3), Spray The Sea (6/1), Mont Kinabalu (6/1), Shuhood (7/1), Crown Of Cortez (12/1), Wiff Waff (25/1), Tarnemah (33/1), Technological (33/1), Bomad (100/1), Final Rock (100/1), Squirrelheed (100/1)
A repeat of the his third at Royal Ascot last month is likely to be enough to see JAMES GARFIELD break his maiden at the third time of asking. The selection finished third over this distance on his debut and can take this at the chief expense of the unraced Shuhood who represents a leading stable with Mount Kinabalu, fourth on debut at Ayr in May taken to finish third here.
- James Garfield
- Shuhood
- Mont Kinabalu
