Landed a gamble in emphatic style at Ascot and, having been raised 11lb, he shaped as though he needed to come down in the weights at Newcastle 10 days ago. Has an in form rider on board and a wide draw has not been a disadvantage in this in recent years.
Has two wins over 7f and two over a stiff 6f such as she faces here. Capable front-runner but current mark is asking a lot.
Well-backed before collecting here nine days ago under this pilot. Everything fell right that day and she faces tougher opponents this time under a 6lb penalty. Has struggled off similar marks recently and has yet to string two successes together.
Impressive on debut and supported for two valuable sales races last backend. Opening handicap mark asks some serious questions but stable are in excellent form and the market will be informative.
Without a win in over a year but posted a good effort at Chester before finishing down the field in Ireland. Winning form has come over longer trips but chances here if ground turns softer than forecast and he gets a good gallop.
2-34 record and 0-11 in this grade. Stable have been in form, and his mark is falling, but still hard to be positive about his prospects.
Winner on only previous start here and has won on the last two occasions his mark has dropped below 83. Well drawn, handles any going and stable continue in good form.
Only previous win from nine attempts came in a 7f Salisbury maiden (good to firm). Never dangerous on belated reappearance over 7f at Brighton and no obvious reason why this drop to 6f will work in her favour, though a first-time visor may sharpen her up.
Had been running consistently well until a combination of his current mark and step up to this grade proved beyond him last time.
Seemed out of sorts until producing a solid run in a claimer where the winner was well-weighted. Stable are without a winner since March.

Robero (7/2), Bamber Bridge (9/2), Tavener (5/1), Avon Breeze (11/2), Magical Effect (13/2), Cool Bahamian (7/1), Russian Realm (10/1), God Willing (11/1), Tigerwolf (12/1), Courier (20/1), Mishaal (25/1)
COOL BAHAMIAN is ideally suited to a strong gallop and a stiff finish. With both guaranteed here he merits the selection, particularly as he has won on the last two occasions he has dropped to a mark below 83. Avon Breeze and Russian Realm will appreciate the pace too, but Robero looks the chief threat with his in form rider engaged. Bamber Bridge won first time out last season and is worth watching in the market on his return here.
