Consistent hurdler/chaser whose last run over timber at Down Royal saw him finish a creditable second of 14. Has been raised 4lb for that, which makes life tough.
Has been running over fences recently but reverts to hurdles after pulling up at Punchestown last time. Not much margin for error in handicap mark so others are preferred.
Winner of one of his seven starts over hurdles, but that was in May, last year, and recent efforts have been disappointing. Best swerved until signs of a revival.
Was travelling well when falling two out in a handicap hurdle at Roscommon last time. Has to be of interest off 1lb higher with a tongue tie fitted for the first time.
Won a Punchestown handicap two starts ago, but struggled off a higher mark at Listowel last time. Needs to regain the spark of that recent victory to be a factor.
Bumper winner who has won one of his six races over hurdles, Not at his best at Cork last time, but earlier efforts entitle him to respect with trip and going to suit.
Experienced campaigner who has won four times over hurdles, most recently at Kilbeggan in June, last year. Returned from a lengthy break when sixth of 11 at Limerick last time and can be expected to strip fitter.
No wins in eight starts over hurdles and not much encouragement on his last two starts. Connections reach for blinkers in a bid to turn the tide.
On a roll with three wins on last five starts including last time at Downpatrick. Has gone up another 10lb for that, but cannot be ruled out given her rich vein of form.
Won a bumper in England before joining his current yard and has been progressive over hurdles without being able to get his head in front. Has stamina to prove, but has his chance.
Only win over hurdles came in November, 2013. Recent displays have been disappointing and first-time blinkers will need to work the oracle.
Won over this trip at Wexford around this time last year and is only 2lb higher. Ran respectably at Kilbeggan last time and is worth considerating.
Big prices and has shown little in four starts over timber. Needs to find something if he is to become competitive in his first handicap.
Winning hurdler and chaser and ran a respectable race over the bigger obstcles at Cartmel last time. Not an obvious contender back over hurdles, but first-time cheekpieces could have a galvanising effect.
Has been well beaten since turning his attentions to handicaps and is readily opposed despite his much-respected connections.
Three runs since joining current yard have produced little. Opposed if getting a run.

Up For Discussion (7/2), Theydon Park (4/1), Presenting Beara (7/1), Station Closed (7/1), Nobody Home (8/1), The Rite Article (9/1), Megara (11/1), Tigroney (12/1), Whatever It Takes (12/1), Bearly Legal (12/1), Cristy's Call (14/1), State Of Origin (20/1), Playbook (20/1), Batchelors Walk (25/1), Don Franco (25/1), Ajabindejaw (25/1), Some Drama (33/1), Hero De Villeneuve (33/1), Polish Partisan (33/1)
A case cannot be made for many of these, but that certainly does not apply to UP FOR DISCUSSION, who might well have won last time had he not fallen. He runs off the same mark here and can beat The Rite Article, who is feasibly handicapped on his victory in a similar contest a year ago, and Theydon Park, who is improving gradually and can make a bold show. Station Closed has to enter calculations despite a hefty weight rise, while Don Franco could figure if taking to cheekpieces.
