Sole success to date was over this trip at Ripon (good) about a year ago in maiden company. Has run some respectable races in defeat since going handicapping, including when beaten less than 3L into second at Redcar last time. Has claims in a race which is not as strong.
Has been struggling to cope with his mark in handicaps just lately, though made the frame in a Wolverhampton claimer last time. Has since joined this yard and is now blinkered for the first time, but not easy to fancy on recent evidence.
His two wins have been at this trip on good / good to soft ground, the most recent being at Windsor in April from a mark of 65. Has been held by the handicapper and a further 1lb drop will help, but does need to find more.
Placed five times from eight starts but yet to get her nose in front. Went close to doing so at Beverley two starts ago (5f, good to firm). Seems best on fast ground and was well held on good going last time at Redcar from 1lb higher, so has a little to prove.
In tremendous form after back-to-back wins and still looked to have plenty in hand in the most recent of them. Also declared on yesterday's card (5.00), but if he turns up for this he is likely to take some beating with yard still in great form.
Has been going well on fast ground over this trip just lately and enjoyed a narrow win at Catterick last month in a similar contest, before being held against older horses last time from 1lb higher than today. Does need to improve, but not ruled out.
0-9 going into this, but ran well over 7f (good to firm) in a Catterick maiden last time. Has gone up 2lb for that and will need improvement to be good enough to win this.
Showed promise in maidens at Yarmouth and Brighton at around this trip and also on her handicap debut at Catterick (5f, good to firm) last month. Was far too keen last time and if you can forgive her that then she has claims today from 3lb lower than that Catterick effort.
Well held in all three maidens, but it always looked as though she may get more competitive when going handicapping and she makes her debut in this sphere today. Trainer has a mark that he can work with, but we are guessing whether the filly has the ability and a market check is perhaps best advice.

If he turns up here then FOXY BOY has to be the call, given the manner of his recent successes. Next best could prove to be The Nazca Lines, who went well at Redcar last time and looks a solid option in a race that, apart from the selection, does not look as strong. Liberatum is another with claims, as does Lambrini Legacy. There are a few who need to improve to get involved and a market check is advised to gauge confidence in the chances of others.
