Showed a degree of ability before getting off the mark in a similar event at Redcar last time, beating Give Em A Clump half-a-length. Seemed to relish this longer trip that day and has strong claims again, but is 6b worse off with the runner-up.
Progressing as he steps up in trip and lost little in defeat when just worried out of it by Faradays Spark last time. He is 6lb better off here, will be given every assistance from the saddle and has a first-time visor to sharpen him up. Every chance.
Monsieur Bond £3,000 yearling who is a half-brother to winning miler Ice Mayden. Dwelt at the start when a well-beaten sixth of seven behind a useful type at Ripon on debut and immediately drops in grade. Worth a check in the market.
Little encouragement in races at Beverley and Leicester and it has not taken connections long to drop into this grade. The betting will be the best guide to her chances.
Distinct sings of ability on both starts, particularly in a York seller last time. The step up in trip ought to suit and a little improvement can see her mix it with the colts.
Has been well beaten in two starts over sprint distances. Could improve for this greater test of stamina, but others have much more convincing profiles.
Failed to get involved in outings at Leicester and Nottingham, but was hampered at the start last time and was by no means disgraced. Drop in class, step up in trip may eke out improvement and she is not without hope.

Forecasts
Give Em A Clump (11/10), Faradays Spark (4/1), Laydee Victoria (9/2), Reel Mr Bond (6/1), Vallesa (12/1), Hamba Moyo (25/1), Abu Dhabi Doo (28/1), Sunset Flyer (100/1)
Some shrewd stables have runners in this seller and the obvious starting point is the Redcar race won by Faradays Spark. He has obvious claims, but has it all to do to confirm the form with GIVE EM A CLUMP, who is fitted with a first-time visor. Laydee Victoria and Vallessa have both shown enough to suggest they can be competitive in this lower grade.
- Give Em A Clump
- Faradays Spark
- Laydee Victoria
