Admirable old-timer who landed second win so far this year when toughing it out at Ayr over 1m1f, before a fourth of 17 in a competitive Thirsk handicap a month ago. Miss Dodds, nine rides and two place efforts on her CV.
Formerly with Mick Easterby, gelding won on first start since October for yard under todays jockey, who needs no introduction.
C&D winner (good to firm) in April from 3lb lower, but well beaten from a mark of 64 at Ayr in May, before winning a Beverley handicap when sent off the 11/4f. Experienced jockey of 123 rides.
Awarded a race in July last year but hasn't been first past the post since his debut over 6f at Pontefract in July 2015. Decent run last time out in a Wetherby class 5 handicap over 1m2f when third of seven. Becky Smith among the winners over the jumps at Cartmel recently.
Very consistent filly who won at Pontefract earlier in the season and followed that up with a sound effort at Kempton, before finishing third of 10 in a Linfield handicap over 1m4f. Emma Bedford is one win from 12 career rides.
Previously with Tracy Waggott, more latterly with George Charlton and won on only start for Gary Moss in February, before another change of handler. Trainer has a decent horse in Rosy Ryan, while jockey, Paige Fuller is capable in the plate, winner of 18 of her 132 career rides.
Both his wins came in 2014 when with Sylvester Kirk and he has been beaten in all seven starts for current yard, dropping 17lb in the process. Good amateur in the saddle with six wins from her 35 rides.
Maiden after 11 starts but ran a fair race when beaten 2L over 1m1f at Hamilton last month following a return to this yard. Jockey among the winners last week at Brighton for father, David Bridgwater.
Won a soft ground handicap Hamilton over 1m½f almost two years ago from 12lb higher and went well from higher still later here on heavy ground. Cheek-pieces refitted for the first time since June last year. Experienced jockey of 226 rides.
Lightly-raced maiden who failed to impress when stepped up in trip and relatively well backed in a Musselburgh handicap in early May over 1m6f, before third of four runners in a Catterick seller last month. Emily Bullock has just the one win from 33 rides on her CV.
Looked very limited in seven runs for Andrew Balding and has opened up for this yard being well beaten on all three starts. Capable jockey in the plate, winner of nine and 19 seconds of her 118 career rides.
Forecasts
Bit Of A Quirke (2/1), Bonnie Arlene (6/1), Frozon (6/1), Inspector Norse (7/1), City Ground (7/1), Mustaqbal (11/1), Kiwi Bay (12/1), Cadmium (20/1), Quoteline Direct (20/1), Exclusive Waters (33/1), Ibreeq (33/1), Stag Party (33/1)
Ibreeq, Bit Of A Quirke and Frozen could set the pace here, giving a lead in the early stages to the likes of Bonnie Arlene, Inspector Norse and the selection CITY GROUND, who won over 1m2f at Les Landes in Jersey and once again has the powers of Serena Brotherton to assist. Frozon and Kiwi Bay can fill the places.
