Admirable veteran and a winner over 2m in a selling handicap here in January. Respectable effort dropped to 1m5f in a claimer in March but may find a few of these too quick for him in this.
Winner over 1m5f here off a mark of 54 in February but failed to back that effort up when held off a 5lb higher mark nine days later. Making his first appearance since then in this.
Well held at big prices in three maiden events over shorter. Probably best watched on his first start since February.
Sole success came on turf over 1m4f at Goodwood (good) in June last year. Respectable efforts on two of his three starts for this yard over 2m this season and an interesting runner with blinkers fitted for the first time here.
Well held in all four starts since joining this stable late last year. Making his first start since finishing last of six at Wolverhampton in January and chances if putting his best foot forward today.
Well held in blinkers (left off here) over C&D here the last twice and wears a tongue tie for the first time on her first appearance in selling company.
Well held in three maiden races so far and declared to run in a visor as he makes his first appearance in a selling event today. Worth a check in the market here.
Well beaten in three maiden races and a similar result off marks in the 50's in handicap company on the AW in January. Making her first appearance in over five months today.
Forecasts
Chelsea's Boy (4/6), Cottesloe (9/2), Tuolumne Meadows (11/2), King Olav (8/1), Grand Facile (14/1), Ablaze (20/1), Yemnaak (33/1), Barbary Prince (100/1)
The first time blinkered CHELSEA'S BOY has been running well enough in handicap company to suggest that he can take this opening selling contest. Representing a good yard the selection wasn't beaten far last time out and can get the better of Tuolumne Meadows who has disappointed the last twice but has run some decent races in the past while the veteran King Olav can claim third dropping in trip today.
- Chelsea's Boy
- Tuolumne Meadows
- King Olav
