Champagne Pommery Handicap

Shaped with plenty of promise last year but this season's form has been well below that level. Starting to get some respite from the handicapper but still has something to prove after two moderate efforts. Cheekpieces may assist.

Consistent but starting to feel like the handicapper is back in charge after being well held a couple of times lately. Has gone well over C&D but may need a little more give underfoot to boost his claims.

Capable sprinter that posted a sound effort to win over C&D back in May - Fethiye Boy held on that form - but no easy task now under a 7lb higher mark. Yard back in good form, though and has to be respected in a weak event like this.

Going the right way but is still a maiden but showed a good attitude to finish ahead of Jashma at Salisbury last time out. Not certain to uphold that form on these terms though. Needs to better her personal best by some way to get off the mark here.
