2lb higher than her last win and coming back to form with a decent effort in a better contest at Ripon last time. Yet to really prove herself in these conditions but otherwise should go well.
Yet to race on ground as fast as forecast, but represents a yard going well and every chance that he can improve now stepped up to this trip and looks to be an interesting proposition.
Yet to make the frame from six attempts and looks to have regressed since her first couple of starts. No problem with conditions and trainer now turns to first-time headgear to try to half the filly's slide in the weights. Very interesting if supported.
Best effort so far was in a 1m4½f Newcastle maiden in March and has been well beaten in both subsequent starts at this trip, including over C&D last time. A 3lb drop won't harm, but he still looks to have plenty on his plate.
Has three runs over what looked to be inadequate trips last season and reappears with this marked step up from 6f to 1m2f here. Pedigree suggests that will be positive and with the stable going well, a market check is suggested for his handicap debut from a workable mark.
Started at big prices in all three maidens in the winter and reappears here after a break, stepped up in trip for his handicap debut. Not certain to get home, but nonetheless merits a market check to gauge any confidence.
Showed little in her maidens and was unable to get competitive when beaten 7L on her handicap debut (1m, AW) at Newcastle in September. 4lb lower for this reappearance and on the face of it she has a fair bit to find to get competitive.
Ran well here (7½f, good to firm) in first-time cheekpieces last month and goes into this on a 3lb lower mark after being a beaten favourite at Yarmouth last time. Entitled to enter calculations, but at the same time you couldn't set your clock by her in terms of consistency.
Well beaten and regressive in three maidens and was too keen on his handicap debut over 1m4f here last month. Dropped 2lb and also now in trip, it would not be a major surprise to see him perform much better this time.

Forecasts
Katebird (2/1), Petit Filous (10/3), Tewafeedj (9/2), Conistone (9/2), Doctor Dynamite (7/1), Starlite Sienna (10/1), Bollin Ted (12/1), Clean Cut (12/1), Trautmann (22/1), Spanish Beauty (50/1)
Katebird went well last time and should be capable of getting heavily involved in what is a weak affair, though preference is for CONISTONE. James Bethell's filly ran well here last month and is now 4lb lower. With Paul Hanagan booked, today might be the day. Doctor Dynamite is interesting, while neither Clean Cut nor Petit Filous can be ruled out.
- Conistone
- Petit Filous
- Katebird
