Tends to best work around Southwell, but has won here in the past over a shorter trip. Well handicapped on winning AW form earlier in the year.
Successful three times in claiming/selling company in 2017 including over an extended 1m1f here on penultimate start. Should have no issues with this longer trip.
Beat Retrieve in a Catterick seller last month on turf and finished clear second ahead of same rival in C&D claimer since. Should be in the mix once more and has winning C&D form.
Gelding is a former course winner and is dropping into this class for the first time. Should be competitive in this field but efforts since joining this yard (seven runs) have mostly been tame and hard to trust on that basis.
Won over C&D in May 2015, was in decent form on turf last summer when previously spotted but will be attempting to defy a 354-layoff here.
Most recent success came here in 2015, efforts this year have tended to be underwhelming including when beaten 18L over 1m6f at Chelmsford in April when last out.
Still sporting a maiden tag after 16 runs but flickers of encouragement on occasions. Last three runs have been poor and this trip is an unknown factor.
Won a couple of races for David Simcock in 2015 but has failed to add to that tally for three trainers since. Finished last of six in claimer here earlier in the month over much shorter journey. Opposable at the moment.
Left Mick Channon after a fruitless couple of seasons and handicap mark has been in decline since joining his new yard, remains a maiden after 17 starts and no reason to suspect change of fortune coming here.
Has ten career wins to his name but he has not been in the winners' circle for some time. Has been a credit to his connections down the years and ran credible race over 1m4f here last time out when finishing third. Could have aspirations of making the frame again with a repeat.
Off the track since September and was beaten out of sight in three starts after joining this handler last year. Hard to be positive about chances on return.

This could be another clash between old rivals Retrieve and VIEWPOINT, with the latter favoured to come out best. He won a Catterick seller on penultimate start before setting for second when 9L clear of Retrieve last time out over this C&D. At this level, he looks the most reliable option to give his running and take this contest ahead of his regular sparring partner. Luv U Whatever is given some hope though his best work tends to come at Southwell while Entihaa cannot be ruled out dropping into this class for the first time.
